My name is Joey Martinez and I am a Broke Ass Coach. Or more accurately, the Schools/Teams I coach for are broke AF.

I am a High School, Middle School, and a Women’s Semi-Pro football coach with a back ground in Information Technology. The programs I am with all struggle with funding their technology needs. I am thankful to have a job that can pay for some of these things WHILE I geek out!

I built everything you see here by myself, but I didn’t do it my self. I do what all good coaches do: Namely I looked at what others were doing and made it my own. From Sideline replay, to Endzone Cam, to Practice camera. It is my hope that I can document what I have done (and continue to refine) so you can build your stuff for your broke ass program.

As far as I can tell my Replay System was the FIRST to use a 3-leg system. Pressbox to Endzone AND Pressbox to Sideline. I’ve gone through iterations (WIFI and point to point bridge) however, I didn’t see anyone else doing it this way until 2018-2019. Hell Hudl STILL DOESN’T use the 3rd leg.
